Refund Policy

1. OUR REFUND RULE

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. This is your 14-day right of withdrawal: within 14 days of purchase you can cancel any credits you have not yet used and get them refunded. It is the one refund rule for every DataScope credit purchase, whether you bought a pack or a custom amount.

Credits you have used: DataScope credits are digital content supplied other than on a tangible medium, and performance begins as soon as you spend a credit - on an AI analysis or on assigning an expert. By spending a credit you expressly request that we begin performance immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for the credits used. Used credits are not refunded. Credits from the same purchase that are still unused remain refundable within the 14 days.

After 14 days: credits are not refunded, but they stay in your account and you can keep using them.

2. CHARGING ERRORS

If you were charged incorrectly or twice for the same purchase, we refund the incorrect charge whenever you report it. This is a correction of our error, not a refund of credits.

4. EXPERT ANALYSIS

Assigning an expert spends credits from your balance. If you cancel the assignment before the expert has started, those credits go back to your balance. Once the review has started, the credits are used.

5. HOW THE REFUND IS PAID

Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method, in the currency you paid in. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
